Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Penang island, and I live for travel. If your love story takes you anywhere outside of this island, whether across Malaysia or overseas, I'm ready to join!
Simply know that locations outside of Penang will involve a variable travel fee, which we can discuss and tailor to your specific needs.
How do I book my wedding date?
Feel free to contact me through Instagram or WhatsApp to confirm my availability for your wedding date.
By confirming booking, I will then provide booking details and deposit invoice to secure your slot
How long does it take to receive the photos?
You will receive color graded highlight photos within 3 working days after your wedding day
All photos will be ready within 4 weeks and delivered via a personalized online gallery.
How many photos will I receive?
All photos with color graded will be return.
The number of photos varies from wedding to wedding. It all depends on your wedding content, hours of shooting. Typically for a traditional morning session will be at least 400 photos, where dinner session will be at least 300 photos without a cap
Will there be a meeting before Wedding Actual Day?
We prioritize a seamless wedding day. Approximately two weeks before your wedding, we will schedule a video call. This meeting is key for a relaxed introduction, confirming all the minute details, and finalizing the schedule so you can be completely stress-free.
Is deposit refundable for cancellation or postponement?
The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation or postponement. If rescheduling is necessary due to genuinely uncertain events, I will strive to accommodate your new date, subject to Zest Studio's schedule availability.
