Packages & pricing
What are the packages? How much is it?
We have three packages available: RM3,999, RM4,999, and RM6,999. You can find the full package details here
How many exterior and interior scenes are included in the package?
The 2, 3, and 4-theme packages correspond to the number of scenes included. You are free to choose either indoor or outdoor locations at no additional charge
Are all the photos included in the package free? How many photos are there in total?
Yes, all high resolution photos are returned (except closed-eye and blurred photos), with a minimum of 200 photos.
How many photos are included in the retouching?
Depending on the package selected, it includes 25, 35, or 45 retouched photos.
How much adding additional retouched photos?
If you'd like more than the included amount, extra retouched photos are available at RM100 each!
How many sets of male and female clothes?
According to the package, there are 2, 3 and 4 sets of gown and tuxedo respectively.
What are the styles of albums and frames?
Frames are available in black/white wood or minimalist frameless frames.
Albums are available in leather cover colors (Tobacco Brown, Fawn Brown, Stone Gray, Sand) and album covers can also be customized engraved with your name.
Are there any discounts for replacing or not needing the products in the package?
Products of the same value can be replaced free of charge (details need to be discussed with the photographer)
If you do not need any products, there is no additional discount.
Shooting Process & Arrangement
Will all the interior and exterior scenes be shoot on the same day?
Yes. All interior and exterior photoshoots are scheduled to be completed in one day.
Can I communicate with the makeup artist photographer before shooting?
After signing the package, we will set up an exclusive WhatsApp group to communicate directly with the makeup artist and photographer, so that you can share your ideas or moodboard at any time.
Does the makeup artist follow the whole shoot?
Yes. The makeup artist will follow throughout the photoshoot and assist in the location shooting.
Is it a 1 to 1 service?
Both the makeup artist and photographer will be exclusively dedicated to you for the entire day to ensure everything runs perfectly.
Can I see the photos during the shoot?
We will let you look at the photos in the camera at any time during the shoot, so if you have any ideas or dissatisfaction, we can arrange it for you immediately.
Will I be charged overtime if I can't finish the photo shoot within the time limit?
Within the same day, there will be an overtime charge of RM500 per hour for exceeding the specified time (but normally there will be no extra charge if the time is not exceeded too much).
Is there any extra charge if I don't finish the shooting in one day?
Yes, there is an extra charge of RM1000 for two separate days.
Is it possible to reschedule the shoot due to weather conditions?
In case of weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain), you are free to reschedule up to two times before the makeup start.
Photography & Post-production
Can I see the guest photos?

All photos posted on our website and social media are real guest photos, without any professional modeling samples.
Does the photographer do the retouching and album layout?
Yes, from pre-shooting to post-production retouching and album layout, the photographer is the only one responsible. This ensures that the style of the work is uniform and that your ideas are fully understood.
How long does it take to select the photos?
All the photos will be returned within 1 week after the shooting, in order not to delay the production of subsequent frames and albums, it is recommended to select the finishing photos within 1 week.
How many times can I make adjustments after the retouching?
You can make two adjustments for free within reasonable range after finishing the photos.
What is the turnaround time for the retouched photos?
Retouched photos will be done within 1 month.
Do you send the album layout to us for confirmation?
We will send the album to the factory for printing only after the album layout is confirmed by you.
How long does it take to make the album and frame?
The production cycle for albums and frames is about 1 month.
How many photos can be put into the album?
There is no limit to the number of photos in the album. However, please note that using unedited photos may result in noticeable color discrepancies in the print.
Furthermore, including too many images will cause each photo to appear quite small on the page.
Cost details & miscellaneous items
Do you provide hand bouquets or other props for the shoot?
Artificial hand bouquets, Chinese fans and other props are provided, but balloons, fireworks and other special props need to be prepared by yourself.
Do I need to bring my own shoes?
Yes, you need to bring your own shoes. It is recommended to bring leather shoes for groom and high heels, flats or other shoes suitable for the wedding dress for bride.
How much is the deposit? When is the final payment due?
The deposit is RM1000, half of the remaining amount is required to be paid on the dress fitting and the final payment is due on the day of the shoot.
How long is the shoot valid after the deposit is paid?
The shoot is valid for 1 year after the deposit is paid.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable!
preparation & booking terms
Do I need to prepare transportation for the shooting?
The couple will need to prepare the car for the location shooting, and the staff will go with you to the location shooting in the same car.
Are location fees, tickets or props included in the package? (Props such as fireworks, horses ......)
Venue tickets and special props (e.g. fireworks, horses, etc.) are not included in the package and need to be paid for or purchased on your own.
Do I need to pay extra for night and sunset shots?
We will plan your itinerary according to your shooting location, and there is no extra charge for sunset and night shooting (except overtime).
Are there any other charges for makeup?
There are no hidden charges for makeup services. We will provide all cosmetics and tools such as eyelashes and double eyelid stickers.
Do I need to be responsible for my staff's meals?
No, you only need to prepare your own meals, the staff will take care of their own meals
