FAQ

Are all the photos included in the package free? How many photos are there in total?

Yes, all high resolution photos will go through basic color adjustment and returned to you (except closed-eye and blurred photos), with a minimum of 200 photos.

Can I communicate with the makeup artist photographer before shooting?

 

After signing the package, we will set up an exclusive WhatsApp group to communicate directly with the makeup artist and photographer, so that you can share your ideas or moodboard at any time.

What is the timeline from photoshoot to receiving album and frames?

All the photos will be returned within 1 week after the shooting.


After you have selected the photos for edit, the edits will be done within 1 month and for the production cycle for albums and frames is about 1 month as well.

Will I be charged overtime if I can't finish the photo shoot within the time limit?

 

Within the same day, there will be an overtime charge of RM500 per hour for exceeding the specified time (but normally there will be no extra charge if the time is not exceeded too much).



 

Is it possible to reschedule the shoot due to weather conditions?

In case of weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain), you are free to reschedule up to two times before the makeup start.

How much is the deposit? When is the final payment due?

 

The deposit is RM1000, half of the remaining amount is required to be paid on the dress fitting and the final payment is due on the day of the shoot.


The deposit is non-refundable!
